Goozex = Fail (updated)

For several months I’ve meaning to create a Goozex account to trade games and movies I no longer want. I finally created the account and was able to login. A few minutes later it logged me out. I tried to login and it said my account was on hold. 2 weeks and 3 e-mails later, I was never able to get anyone to respond to me. This is extrememly poor customer service. The friend who invited me hasn’t gotten a response to his own e-mails. Looking through the forums shosw several people with unanswered mail. Can’t recommend them, which is too bad.

Update: Within 24 hours of my post, I received a response to my 2nd e-mail that my account was now activated. Uh huh. No apology. The only explanation was that maybe the security system had done something. Ok, sure. That doesn’t excuse the huge lag in time for a response. I’ve had a lot of troubles getting prompt customer service the past few weeks from various companies. That’s not how you build customer loyalty.
